Juliana is an Associate in the Financial Services and Regulatory team, based in the Cayman Islands. Juliana has extensive experience advising on the establishment, regulation, ongoing operation, corporate governance and restructuring of various investment fund structures, including private equity funds and hedge funds. Juliana has acted for a wide range of market participants including fund managers, investment banks, private equity groups, pension funds, institutional investors and prime brokers. She also advises on a broad range of financial transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Juliana joined Collas Crill in 2024, having previously trained and worked as an associate in the Funds and Investment Management practice group of another international Cayman Islands law firm. |
