Fraser qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and has lived and worked as an attorney in the Cayman Islands for over ten years. He advises high-net worth individuals and families on British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law on the establishment and operation of trusts and other private wealth structures. He also advises trustees and others on their compliance with regulatory obligations, always in the context of private wealth.

Fraser is a contributing author to a number of publications, including International Trust Precedents, Private Trust Companies: A Handbook for Advisers, and Power of Attorney Legislation: A STEP Global Guide.
