ESG, Greenwashing & Culture Oversight

Description

ESG is now a governance and conduct issue, not just a reporting exercise. This session equips NEDs to oversee ESG strategy, culture, and related disclosures. We explore how greenwashing risk arises, what regulators expect, and how boards can interrogate ESG claims, data quality, and controls. Participants learn how to connect culture metrics to outcomes, challenge incentives, and ensure accountability for ESG commitments. You’ll leave with practical questions and governance safeguards.

This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and offers insights and updates from a leading industry-expert speaker.

Delegates places are interchangeable with colleagues from the same organisation.
