Directors’ Duties Across Jurisdictions: Liability, Accountability and Personal Risk

Description

Directors operating in multi-jurisdictional environments face complex and sometimes conflicting duties. This session clarifies the core fiduciary, statutory and regulatory obligations directors owe, and examines how liability and accountability differ across key IFCs. Through practical examples, attendees will understand where personal exposure arises, how to discharge duties effectively, and the steps required to protect themselves while upholding high standards of governance and ethical decision-making.

This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and forms part of the Directors Foundation Programme, delivered by Chris Usher.
