Advanced Board Judgement: Solvency, Liquidity and Distress Across Jurisdictions

Description

This session equips directors with the advanced judgment required to identify and navigate solvency, liquidity and financial distress across multiple jurisdictions. It explores how triggers, tests and director obligations vary internationally, and how boards should intervene when early warning indicators emerge. Participants will learn how to challenge management, assess restructuring options, and fulfil their legal and fiduciary duties while protecting stakeholders in complex cross-border situations.

This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and forms part of the Advanced Certificate in Directorship Programme, delivered by Chris Usher.
