Participants will examine how influence, power dynamics and cultural factors shape board decision-making. The session provides tools to address dysfunctional behaviours, strengthen board cohesion, and enhance chair–director dynamics. It also focuses on how directors can demonstrate leadership, constructive challenge and emotional intelligence in high-stakes, multinational governance environments.
