International Governance Foundations: Law, Regulation and IFC Landscapes

Description

This webinar provides directors with a clear grounding in the legal and regulatory principles that shape governance across major International Financial Centres (IFCs). It explores how global frameworks, local statutory requirements, and cross-border supervisory expectations interact, and what this means for decision-making at board level. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of core governance concepts, jurisdictional distinctions, and the evolving global standards influencing organisational oversight and director responsibilities.

This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and forms part of the Directors Foundation Programme, delivered by Chris Usher.
