Amanda Reilly

Director, Head of Compliance at TMF Group

Amanda Reilly 

In her current role, Amanda is Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance, Jersey.  Her responsibilities include ensuring the business complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining and improving an effective control framework, and promoting and influencing a strong compliance culture.  Amanda sits on the Board of TMF Group (Jersey) Limited.

Amanda has extensive  financial services experience, having worked in the industry for over 30 years.  She has undertaken a wide variety of roles, focusing on compliance related positions since August 2014.

Prior to joining TMF Group Amanda was part of the Senior Leadership Team at the Jersey Financial Services Commission, spending 6 years heading up examination units and the teams responsible for supervising regulated businesses.

Amanda is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a number of professional qualifications including those in financial services management, anti-money laundering, compliance and governance; as well as leadership, coaching and mentoring.
