2026 Directors Half Day Conference

Description

The 2026 Directors Half Day Conference brings together senior leaders, board members and governance professionals for a focused and highly practical afternoon exploring the realities of modern directorship. Designed for those operating in Jersey and across international financial centres, this intensive half-day event examines the evolving expectations of boards in 2026, the risks that matter most, and the judgement calls directors must be prepared to make under pressure.

Through expert presentations and interactive panel discussions, attendees will gain insight into how and why governance failures occur, what regulators will be looking for in the year ahead, and how boards can strengthen oversight, culture, and decision-making during periods of uncertainty. The conference culminates in a live crisis simulation, challenging delegates to consider how they would respond when faced with complex board-level dilemmas.

This confernce is suitable for directors, non-executive directors, senior executives, governance specialists and aspiring board members seeking to sharpen their strategic awareness and enhance their effectiveness in an increasingly demanding environment.
