Sanctions and terrorist financing are increasingly in the news following recent world events. It is more important than ever that those working in financial services understand the risks of being involved in high-risk relationships. This one-hour module enables staff to understand what sanctions are, what the implications are for your business and how they may manage risk.

Incorporating United Nations, European Union and United States sanctions regimes, this module enables you to meet your requirements in respect of training for all staff. With an emphasis on Jersey regulations, you can ensure that this module is relevant to your business.

The module enables staff to understand both the legislation and, through the use of case studies, understand how their business may be at risk of breaching sanctions laws. The module includes an end-of-module assessment to consolidate and demonstrate student understanding.
