Eric Alter 

Eric has been with March since 2007 and is the Risk & Cyber Engagement Leader for Marsh’s Corporate & Commercial business.  He has in excess of 30 years risk management experience and has worked across a broad range of industry sectors.  Eric specialises in engaging with clients around cyber & more recently AI risks and he works to demystify both areas and demonstrate how they interact with virtually all areas of a business. Eric also has a detailed knowledge of the ever evolving ESG agenda. 

Eric works to ensures that people and organisations take a proportional and value focussed approach to risk management and that it feeds into both the insurance and governance journeys. In addition to this he is a Mantal Health First Aider and also runs an ongoing risk management training programme for Marsh.  In his personal life he lives in North West London and has been married to Marsha for 37 years. They have a married daughter (and their first grandchild!) and a soon to be married son.
