Partner and Co-Lead of Crypto & Digital Assets Group at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP

Mike is a Partner in the Financial Services Group and Co-Lead of the Crypto and Digital Assets Group at CMS London, specialising in FinTech and Digital Assets regulation.

Prior to joining CMS, Mike was the Head of Legal (Europe & CIS) at a leading digital assets exchange, where he spearheaded the navigation of the regulatory challenges surrounding crypto and helped the business to secure regulatory approvals in multiple jurisdictions.

Before that he spent 12 years at a magic circle law firm, working across its London and Hong Kong offices, where he had a wide-ranging practice covering the full spectrum of regulatory, financing and corporate/commercial work, with a particular focus on financial regulation and FinTech.

Mike is qualified in both England & Wales and Hong Kong.
