![]() Dr Scarlett Brown is Director of the Think Tank at Board Intelligence, Europe's largest board technology and advisory firm and a strategic partner in the corporate and fund services industry. A recognised expert in corporate governance, Scarlett leads research and director convening on board effectiveness, AI, and board reporting. Her insights have featured on BBC Radio 4 and in collaboration with global organisations including ICAEW, University of Oxford, and CIPD. She is the author of Gender and Corporate Boards, based on her PhD on board diversity, and was named one of HR’s Most Influential Thinkers in 2023 for her contribution to understanding leadership during times of crisis. Scarlett previously held senior roles at leading governance think tanks including Tomorrow's Company and the Grant Thornton governance institute, previously taught at King's Business School and is Executive Chair of her family business. |
