Shelley Kendrick 

Shelley Kendrick is the Director and founder of Kendrick Rose, an executive bespoke recruitment consultancy founded in 2009 and based in Jersey, it’s sister company Club NED, launched in 2020 to focus on recruitment for Non-Executive Directors.  She was Formerly Head of Group Recruitment at Mourant, a leading international law and financial services group responsible for the resourcing, strategy across eleven global jurisdictions. Past experience outside of Jersey includes the launch and development of Next into the USA.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the British Psychological Society and a qualified practitioner in psychometric testing. She has sat on the Institute of Directors (Jersey) committee and formerly Chair of the IOD Future Leaders scheme, the HR sub-committee of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce and Board member of Macmillan Cancer Support (Jersey).  She has contributed to the selection committee for Board Apprentice, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to increasing diversity on boards.
