Daniel Martin is a Partner and leads HFW’s Sanctions team. Since 2010 he has developed a market-leading team advising clients on all aspects of international financial and trade sanctions and is a recognised expert in his field. Daniel provides commercially-focused advice on UK and EU sanctions, as well as the application of US sanctions to non-US persons, to leading international clients in our core shipping, commodities, energy and insurance sectors, and also to private equity firms, financial institutions and media organisations.
