Chelsea is a Chartered Company Secretary and Head of UK Entity Management at LawDeb, having joined the business in 2022. She leads a team of 20 company secretaries who deliver comprehensive entity management, subsidiary governance, and advisory services to the UK entities of global clients. With the regulatory landscape continually evolving and many in-house teams under pressure, Chelsea and her team work flexibly as an extension of their clients’ teams—offering efficient processes and deep expertise through a specialised outsourced model.

She is particularly passionate about driving ECCTA compliance and has played a key role in leading the development of LawDeb’s custom-built Identity Verification portal. Chelsea is especially proud of how quickly the team has delivered this bespoke solution, maintaining the high standards and reassurance LawDeb is known for. Clients have been highly appreciative of the quality and level of support provided.

Before joining LawDeb, Chelsea was part of the company secretarial team at a global law firm, supporting clients in the technology & innovation, energy & infrastructure, and finance sectors. This role provided her with significant exposure to large transactions and corporate deals, as well as experience managing a broad and varied entity portfolio.
