The 2026 Guernsey Trusts Series delivers a focused, forward-looking programme designed for trust and fiduciary professionals. Across ten expert-led webinars – including four dedicated specifically to Guernsey regulation and supervision – the series explores the updated Guernsey AML Handbook, global transparency developments, key trends in Guernsey trust structures and case law, and evolving obligations under CRS, FATCA and crypto-asset reporting. Additional sessions cover sanctions expectations, responsible investing, cross-border regulatory risk, modern trust deed drafting and digital asset compliance.

The series is delivered live online via Microsoft TEAMS and recorded where possible. Each webinar provides 1-hour of CPD.
