Additionally, he spent over seven years with a mid-tier firm in Cape Town, South Africa. Nic leads a diverse portfolio of audit and assurance engagements spanning multiple sectors and industries. His expertise includes significant experience in the offshore investment management and fund space within the Channel Islands. He has also been involved in IPO readiness for a prominent private equity firm, conducted assurance on internal controls for trust company businesses, and supported local regulatory reviews. Nic also serves as an Executive Committee Member and Treasurer of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants (JSCCA). |
