Daniel leads our Employment practice group in Jersey and has over 12 years' experience in Jersey advising financial services organisations on all aspects of the employment relationship. As a Jersey advocate, he represents clients in Royal Court and Employment and Discrimination Tribunal casess. Daniel also advises on business licensing, immigration, data protection and drafts and negotiates employment documentation. He works closely with Walkers Investment Funds and Corporate team on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and brings valuable in-house experience from a six-month secondment with a major bank.
