As former CEO and Chairman of ManCos, AIFMs and SICAVs domiciled in Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, Eduard has over 20 years of professional experience in the Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Swiss investment fund industry, both in traditional and alternative asset classes. His main areas of expertise with profound knowledge are legal, structuring, governance, challenging liquidations & litigations, ESG, PE/RE, debt & clean energy infrastructure, business development and consulting. The German-Luxembourger, who lives in Luxembourg, is a fully qualified German lawyer (ass.iur.) and holds numerous additional certificates such as Chartered Director (IoD London), ILA certified director, EFPA ESG Advisor and an MBA from the University of Wales.
