Caroline Baron 

Caroline Baron is head of ETF Distribution - EMEA. Ms Baron's role is to actively support and lead Franklin Templeton's global ETF rollout across EMEA.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in January 2018, Ms Baron worked at BlackRock iShares where she covered a variety of institutional and discretionary investors both in France and in the UK. She then moved to Invesco PowerShares where she was in charge of the UK ETF business.

She started her career in investment banking working on the Treasury Desk as Sales-Trader but also trading Futures and Options, Metals and CDOs later on.

Ms Baron graduated from ESSCA Angers (Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers) where she got a Masters degree, specialising in Financial Markets. She also studied at the University of Saint-Louis, Missouri, where she obtained the Dean's honours in Political Sciences.
