Rachel reads English Law and French Law at the University of Exeter and the University of Rennes, before qualifying as a solicitor at Hogan Lovells in London. She previously worked in the Jersey Funds team for nearly five years, before returning to the team after a career break. Rachel works with a variety of clients within the investment funds space, with a particular focus on real estate and private equity structures. She advises on areas including fund establishment, life-cycle and investor relations, fund regulation, asset acquisition/disposal and financing. |
