International Tax Planning: Opportunities and Challenges for Financial Services
This webinar forms part of the 2025 International Taxation Series.
Description
The 2025–26 rule set places new international tax considerations firmly on the agenda, with recent case law (BlackRock HoldCo in the Court of Appeal and Fisher in the Supreme Court) shaping practical outcomes. While opportunities remain for financial services firms to optimise cross-border structures, guardrails continue to cap aggressive planning. Success lies in recognising five key planning themes, spotting red flags early, and aligning strategies to the evolving regulatory environment.
This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and offers insights and updates from a leading industry-expert speaker.
Delegates places are interchangeable with colleagues from the same organisation.
