He has over 25 years of experience in offshore financial services, having previously held senior wealth management roles at Barclays Wealth and Santander, where he advised private clients and corporates on complex global investment solutions and wealth structuring. Chris is currently also a Director at Cavenwell Group. With a deep understanding of geopolitical and economic dynamics, Chris helps clients navigate the changing international wealth structuring landscape and optimise tax efficiency. Chris has trained over 6,000 people in qualifications for the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) in wealth management and is a well-regarded member of the Institute. He also serves on the committee of the Channel Islands Wealth Managers Association and is a member of the Institute of Directors. |

![]() In her current role, Amanda is Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance, Jersey. Her responsibilities include ensuring the business complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining and improving an effective control framework, and promoting and influencing a strong compliance culture. Amanda sits on the Board of TMF Group (Jersey) Limited. Amanda has extensive financial services experience, having worked in the industry for over 30 years. She has undertaken a wide variety of roles, focusing on compliance related positions since August 2014. Prior to joining TMF Group Amanda was part of the Senior Leadership Team at the Jersey Financial Services Commission, spending 6 years heading up examination units and the teams responsible for supervising regulated businesses. This includes advisory work and advocacy. His specific expertise is in advising on money laundering matters (including corruption), regulatory and compliance investigations, disputes in the banking and trusts sectors, sanctions, production orders including TIEA work, insider dealing, reporting duties, asset recovery, reciprocal enforcement, cyber related risk and international mutual assistance generally.
