Regulatory Developments for Jersey Funds

Description

Regulatory developments for Jersey funds reflect a broad choice of fund regimes (JPFs, expert, listed and retail structures), supporting both quick-to-market and fully regulated options. Managers favour flexible, closed-ended structures with simplified governance. Investors increasingly seek ESG integration, cost transparency and robust substance. Recent 2024–2025 refinements to the Jersey Private Fund regime focus on proportional oversight and speed. These shifts will shape fund domiciliation, product design and capital-raising strategies ahead.

This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and offers insights and updates from a leading industry-expert speaker.
