Description

The 2026 Trusts Series combines of four Jersey sessions with six global topics, offering a full 2026 update. The Jersey sessions cover trust law litigation and regulation, AML post-MONEYVAL, outsourcing and substance, and sanctions compliance. The global programme includes transparency, tax information exchange, responsible investing, regulatory conflicts, modern trust deeds, and digital assets. Together, the sessions provide Jersey professionals with practical tools to manage local obligations while responding to international developments.

The series is delivered live online via Microsoft TEAMS and recorded where possible. Each webinar provides 1-hour of CPD.
