Joel is an investment director at Rathbones Investment Management International in Jersey and manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts and charities. Joel is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder (CFA). He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having passed the CISI Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) with distinction. In addition, he holds the Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute. In his spare time, he runs courses helping candidates preparing for their CFA exams. Joel began his finance career in 2005 as a commercial wealth manager with HSBC in Leeds and Jersey. In 2010 he moved to Barclays Bank Offshore, and was responsible for the management of the Barclays ‘International Funds’ discretionary portfolios for international clients, trusts and charities. Joel moved to Smith & Williamson in 2015 as a senior portfolio manage and joined Rathbones at the start of 2019. |

Lee has over 15 years finance industry experience, with the last 12 years gained in investment management including managing trust, private client and institutional portfolios, with particular expertise in macroeconomics and bonds. At Rathbones Lee sits on the group Fixed Interest Committee. Lee is a graduate of St. Andrews University with an MA (Hons) in Management and Economics; he also has an MBA from Edinburgh University. Lee is an Adjunct Professor at the Jersey International Business School and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI. |
