Executive Remuneration and Performance Metrics: Aligning Interests and Accountability
This webinar forms part of the 2025 Corporate Governance Series.
Description
This webinar explores how executive remuneration can be reimagined to align incentives with purpose, performance and long term accountability. While many leaders aspire to drive meaningful change, outdated pay structures often hinder progress. By redefining performance metrics—what gets measured gets rewarded—boards have a critical opportunity to reshape executive impact. It is time to make pay a strategic signal of values and vision, not merely a compensation figure.
This webinar provides one-hour of CPD and offers insights and updates from a leading industry-expert speaker.
Delegates places are interchangeable with colleagues from the same organisation.
