2025 Directors Structured Training Programme
Description
The 2025 Directors Structured Training Programme provides Company Directors with the tools they need to understand the roles and responsibilities of being a director and managing the associated risks and liabilities.
This programme will enable participants to appreciate the role of Company Directors by reviewing what makes a director “fit and proper”. This will cover directors’ duties, powers and liabilities as well as look at what constitutes “offshore” to enable an understanding of the extra tensions that arise when operating offshore.
It will also equip participants to assess the adequacy of their organisation’s existing risk management controls and practices objectively and to make enhancements as appropriate.
This programme will comprise 10 x 1-hour webinars of 60 minutes, inclusive of Q&A, delivered by Heather-Anne Hubbell.
Suitable For
This programme is suitable for new directors and those looking for a refresh about their roles and responsibilities. Practical examples and tips make it worthwhile for all levels of experience.
