The Essential Management & Leadership Skills Programme is designed to equip managers and leaders with the core skills needed to drive team performance, foster engagement, and navigate workplace challenges with confidence. This six-part webinar series provides practical tools and techniques to enhance leadership effectiveness across key areas.
