Sophie Bertin 

Sophie Bertin has over 30 years of international experience spanning top management consulting, banking, technology operations, the European Commission, and corporate education. She founded Parnima Consulting in 2016, advising leading legal, regulatory, and consultancy firms on strategy, risk management, compliance, and EU regulations. Since 2025, she has also been developing AI literacy programs.

In parallel, Sophie founded Serapy, an innovative training company dedicated to transforming corporate compliance and culture education through simulations, gamification, and AI-powered learning tools. Serapy operates across Switzerland, Bulgaria, Portugal, France, and the UAE. She also serves as an independent board member at Eastnets, a leading provider of AML, SWIFT, and payment solutions, where she sits on the Remuneration, Nomination, and Governance Committee.

Previously, Sophie was Group Head of Corporate Development and Managing Director at SIX Group in Switzerland and Head of Unit at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition during the 2008–2014 financial crisis. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at SWIFT, The Bank of New York Mellon, McKinsey, and Bain & Company. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, a postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London, and multiple certifications in AI and corporate governance.
