Director, APAC Corporate Intelligence at S-RM

Anna Beare 

Anna has more than 10 years of experience at S-RM overseeing due diligence and investigations projects across Asia. She is part of S-RM’s APAC leadership team and also runs the Hong Kong office.

 Anna joined S-RM in 2015 and played a key role in establishing and growing its Asia presence, including building teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. She currently oversees the delivery of corporate intelligence work across these three offices, spanning financial crime compliance, pre-investment due diligence, and dispute support investigations. She has worked on hundreds of complex assignments in APAC for a variety of clients, including managing S-RM’s relationships with some of the most recognised casino and online gaming brands in Asia. She regularly supports gaming clients to conduct enhanced due diligence and source of wealth checks on their VIP patrons, junket operators, and marketing agents, and has developed an in-depth understanding of the risk typologies associated with the gaming sector both regionally and internationally.

Associate Director at S-RM

Mario Levin 

Mario is Associate Director in S-RM’s Corporate Intelligence practice in London. A former economist, he focuses on the company’s Regulatory Compliance service line and manages key financial sector client relationships. Since joining S-RM in 2021, Mario has overseen high-value projects and complex investigations across multiple sectors, including gaming and gambling. Mario holds a BA in Economics from Ben-Gurion University and University Carlos III de Madrid, and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and holds the CFA Institute’s Sustainable Investing Certificate.
