![]() Helen Fretwell is an associate director within the Corporate and Commercial Department at DQ. Helen has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial disciplines. She routinely advises financial institutions, insurers, corporate service providers, onshore law firms and borrowers in both local and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Helen’s experience also includes secondments to an Isle of Man fund administrator and a leading onshore retail bank as well as working within the Commercial Division of the Isle of Man Attorney General’s Chambers.
