Keith is a Senior Compliance Consultant within the Collas Crill Compliance Limited Team. He is involved in reviewing and updating firm's regulatory compliance frameworks against legal and regulatory requirements. Keith has worked in the financial services industry in Guernsey for over 8 years and prides himself on his disarming demeanour and ability to present complex matters in a simple manner. Keith is a dual qualified solicitor, having first been admitted in Ireland in 2014 and England and Wales in 2015. Keith also hold the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and holds a BA in History and Politics. |

Matthew joined Collas Crill in October 2022 and is the Head of Compliance for Jersey legal. Matthew is an experienced risk and compliance practitioner, well versed in the theory and practice of risk management in the international finance sector. Matthew acquired this through his involvement and eventual management of the business approach to and management of both retail and wholesale business from a customer (compliance and regulatory), investor and regulatory (risk capital) perspective. He has held senior management roles, including risk and compliance officer roles in both the banking (including trust and investment) and insurance functions, and has held roles at national, regional and global levels within these organisations. Matthew’s experience covers the EU, EEA and offshore environment and he has been at the forefront of the regulatory challenge and response, not only from a corporate level but through his role as regulatory adviser. Matthew has an MSc in Finance (UOW & LSBF), Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Diploma in Trust and Fund Administration. |
