John is the Managing Partner of Integrity Governance- a UK and Australian specialist consultancy that works around the world with corporate directors to enable improved governance, assurance and better returns for the investment in governance. He specialises in working with businesses at a point of inflection, and boards and businesses under pressure due to change. John has served as chair and NED on over 20 boards in UK, Asia and Australia. Prior to establishing Integrity Governance in 2004, John worked across a range of industries and held chief executive, chairman and director rolls around the world. John’s extensive experience means he is equipped to help boards to successfully navigate calls for improved performance, growth, new markets, mergers, acquisitions and governance crises. John is a core international facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an in-demand speaker and thought leader on board effectiveness, practical governance and the role of boards in dealing with business disruption. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Directors (UK), a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (USA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He holds post graduate qualifications in board dynamics from the Tavistock Institute. |
